This non-contact automatic ultrasonic shredder is also called DNA and chromatin shearing system. It uses closed-tube ultrasound to prevent bubbles, and the protein is not easily denatured. It does not produce infectious fog, ensuring laboratory personnel and environmental safety. DNA shearing instrument .The DNA fragment can be fragmented to an exact desired size, such as: ChIP assay: 300~500bp, high-throughput sequencer: 150~250bp, high DNA fragment concentration.
