Working Principle >>
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquid, the transducer generates high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude lever, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure, causing the cavity to expand and explode, and shattering the cells. Ultrasonic waves have a "cavitation" effect on fluid media, causing the formation of voids and bubbles in the liquid. When they rupture, a strong pressure peak is generated. In addition, the dispersion of polymers is achieved by utilizing the shock wave generated by the cavitation effect of ultrasound acting on liquids.
