The ultrasonic cell disruptor utilizes the principle of high-frequency and high-intensity ultrasonic oscillation to efficiently and thermally break down cells, tissues, or biomolecules, releasing internal biomolecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, etc. This device has the advantages of high crushing efficiency and easy operation, and is suitable for experiments and research in fields such as biology and biochemistry. Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquid, the transducer generates high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude lever, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure, causing the cavity to expand and explode, and shattering the cells. Ultrasonic waves have a "cavitation" effect on fluid media, causing the formation of voids and bubbles in the liquid. When they rupture, a strong pressure peak is generated. In addition, the dispersion of polymers is achieved by utilizing the shock wave generated by the cavitation effect of ultrasound acting on liquids.
