800L 3-Tank 40KHz Automated Ultrasonic Cleaning System with Cleaning Rinsing Drying

Three tank ultrasonic cleaner the typical function is Cleaning +Rinsing +Drying. 

Place the parts in the first tank for ultrasonic cleaning with a filtration system. The cleaning solution consists of tap water and detergent, and the cleaning time is approximately 10-15 minutes. 

After 15 minutes, transfer the parts to the second tank for rinsing to remove the cleaning agent and residual stains, ensuring a better cleaning effect.The rinsing medium is only tap water, and the parts should soak in the second tank for about 5 minutes.

For the final step, place the parts in the drying tank for 5-10 minutes. (optional function: spraying, Rinsing, Degas, bubbling, drying, etc). 

The machine utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic waves (typically 28KHz/40 KHz) to generate microscopic cavitation bubbles, effectively removing contaminants like grease, oil, rust, and particles from surfaces, even in hard-to-reach areas or intricate geometries.

The machine is suitable for a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, etc. Cleaning materials compatible with metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass. 

Customized settings to optimize cleaning performance for delicate components or heavily soiled parts. Higher frequencies (40 KHz+) provide gentler cleaning, durable construction built with corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel tanks and robust components to withstand harsh chemicals, high temperatures 150 ℃.
